Welcome Back, Kindergarten Families! We are so happy to be together again after our time apart during the teacher strike. The children have settled back into our routines with big smiles, open hearts, and an amazing sense of excitement. Our focus this week was on reconnecting, rebuilding community, and celebrating the season together, all while learning through the lens of Alberta’s 2025 Kindergarten Curriculum. This time of year is full of curiosity, creativity, and wonder, perfect for learning about friendship, feelings, and fall fun! Our Focus: Community & Belonging We’ve been exploring what it means to be part of a caring classroom family. Through stories, songs, and circle time, students were excited to share ideas, take turns, and care for one another. I can share my ideas and listen to others.
